Hi there! I myself am LGBTQ+, and as a minority, I understand that it’s important to advocate and support other marginalized groups — we’re all oppressed by the same system. My school is fortunate to have an Office of Diversity, but there’s a clear disconnect between faculty and students. I’d love to find a way to bridge this gap and make my school’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work more than just nominal.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
