WHO WE ARE
The Diversity Alliance is a student-led organization that fights for inclusion and equity within the student body and beyond.
We, the students, lead the organization through many different initiatives, ranging from social media, the school newspaper, petitions, and school-wide events.
The Diversity Alliance is truly more than just a mere club or organization. We are the leaders of the future. Our goal is to dismantle the toxic culture and institutional oppression that targets students like us at Haverford.

Co-Chair
Quinn Luong is a Fifth Form student at The Haverford School. As Co-Chair of the Diversity Alliance, he has been at the forefront of several initiatives, including that of the Communications Committee, Open Political Discussions, National Diversity Coalition, and truTHS Diversity Conference.
RYAN NGO
Co-Chair
Ryan Ngo is a Sixth Form student at The Haverford School. As a Co-Chair of the Diversity Alliance, he has been an active driver of several student activities, such as the Brotherhood Project and Upperclass Mentorship Program.
ROCH PARAYRE
Vice-Chair
Roch Parayre is a Fourth Form student at The Haverford School. As Vice-Chair of Haverford’s Diversity Alliance, he works to better the community as a whole by informing others about diversity, equity, and inclusion through programs and discussions structured to invoke a myriad of the school's voices.
NACHIKETHAN SRINIVASAN

Nachikethan Srinivasan is a Sixth Form student at The Haverford School. As Vice-Chair of Haverford's Diversity Alliance, he has pushed for increased diversity, equity, and inclusion work in school spaces through plans such as the Honor Council-Diversity Alliance Liaison and regular open discussion.
AJ SANFORD
Vice-Chair
AJ Sanford is a Sixth Form student at The Haverford School. As a Vice-Chair, he has contributed to the raising of diversity, equity, and inclusion issues at Haverford, and has generated topics of discussion for dialogues that he helps lead in hopes of giving the community a space to express their emotions and have difficult convesation.

Communications Co-Chair
Christopher Schwarting is a Third Form student at The Haverford School. As a Co-Chair of Communications, he coordinates website design and digital spaces while also seeking to listen, learn, and push into difficult discussions regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
RUSSELL YOH
Communications Co-Chair
Russell Yoh is a Third Form student at The Haverford School. As a Co-Chair of Communications, he is active in the development of digitized diversity initiatives and also serves as both director and chief editor for Diversity Alliance's upcoming documentary.
CHASE NELSON
Acting NDC Correspondent
Chase Nelson is a Third Form student at The Haverford School. Serving as a key organizer for the National Diversity Coalition, he has become integral in organizing and leading the experiences of the NDC and the Haverford community.
Luke Parsells
NDC Conference Logistics Coordinator
Luke Parsells is a Fifth Form student at The Haverford School. As the NDC Conference Logistic Coordinator, he works to organize, craft, and oversee the digital spaces of the conference. He also manages digital design, creating advertisements and presentations for Diversity Alliance.
