I wanted to join the National Diversity Coalition (NDC) to continue working with my Student Diversity Leadership Conference Reflection (SDLC) friends on expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs within my school! This year, I have started the first-ever POC and LGBTQ+ affinity and allies groups at my school and hope to continue this forward momentum so that everyone feels accepted and loved for who they are within our school community!

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
