I am beyond excited to be a part of the National Diversity Coalition (NDC) because it offers a great opportunity to expand the work I have been doing at my school and gives me a chance to meet lots of other people who are just as passionate as I am about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. I have been involved in DEI work since freshman year and have loved it ever since. I believe this work is essential to the mental and emotional well-being of students.

Inclusivity and diversity are so important to communities as they offer new perspectives and allow people to feel like they belong. Through working with this broader platform, I hope to see an increase in allyship and equity in my school and beyond.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
