Hi! I am Sia Patel, and I am from Atlanta, Georgia! As a first-generation Indian girl living in the South, you not only experience a lack of diversity, but find yourself losing and struggling with your identity. I joined the National Diversity Coalition to be an ally to people like me who struggle with grasping who they are in a country where we are to hide and be silent!

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
