I grew up in communities always being an ethnic minority, and because of this I never felt very passionate about diversity work. That was until I went into high school and noticed the biases people have either consciously or subconsciously. I really want to focus on helping people of color feel comfortable with themselves and in their communities while spreading awareness of urgent issues regarding diversity to those who may be unaware.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
