I’m Myles Sead, and I joined the National Diversity Coalition (NDC) because I wanted to gain insight from others about how I can change the culture of my school to make it more inclusive and diverse. I’m passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work because I think that it’s important to see equal and inclusive representation in the places that we are supposed to learn. I want minorities within independent and predominantly white institutions (PWI) to be more comfortable and included in the schools' cultures. Every person should feel as if they are welcomed and accepted regardless of one’s identity.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
