Focusing on creating a more accepting environment, the National Diversity Coalition provides me the opportunity to connect with a group of other passionate young leaders who, like myself, strive to initiate discussion, inspire change, and find solutions to issues surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As an ally, I hope to develop a community where unity and inclusivity are recognized and valued. I discovered my passion for DEI work by attending multiple DEI conferences throughout middle school, now with the goal to create a conference at my school. By raising awareness about issues of DEI within and beyond my school’s community, there is a greater possibility for a stronger and better future for our generation.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
