I'm Isha, and I go to school in Chatham, New Jersey. Growing up a person of color (POC) in a predominantly white institution (PWI), I haven't gotten the chance to learn about many backgrounds that are different from mine. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work has always been extremely important to me, and I hope to bring different perspectives to both the coalition and my school. I'm looking forward to working with everyone and thank you so much for the opportunity!

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school.
