I would love to do diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work because I want to see a change to the community at not only my school, but schools across the nation. Ignorance is not acceptable and the only way to see change is to actively combat it. I would love to see a shift in the culture of understanding DEI concerns at my school by the students and faculty.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school.
