I am so excited to join the National Diversity Coalition (NDC) because I wanted to be surrounded by people with the same goal that I have: to make our schools safer places where everyone feels accepted. The community of BIPOC at my school is extremely small and is inevitably facing discrimination every day which makes it difficult to push for change. Because of this, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work has always been a significant part of my life. I hope that through the NDC, I can help my school become a place of true equity and challenge the student body to become better allies.

The Ambassadors of The National Diversity Coalition are student leaders from schools all around the nation that collaborate in the coalition to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at their school. The Diversity Alliance Executive Team will collaborate with you to elevate your DEI work on a bigger platform with various events and initiatives.
