I am so excited to be a part of the National Diversity Coalition because I am really passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. I love to learn about other cultures, and other ethnic backgrounds different from mine. Growing up in a predominantly white institution (PWI), it definitely has shown me a lot of different perspectives, and I want to ensure America a better experience for other cultures to be accepted into this growingly sectional world. I want to start affinity groups at my school and start a journal to share with the other students about our experiences at our PWI’s. I am looking forward to working with everyone!
